Nestled in a beautifully preserved 19th-century building, the hotel offers guests a refined yet casual atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely retreat. I particularly enjoyed the inviting 120-seat restaurant, which serves a continental breakfast that caters to a range of preferences. The ambiance encouraged relaxation as I savored locally inspired dishes with a touch of modern culinary flair. Later, I ventured to the bar where an extensive selection of beverages, from craft cocktails to local wines, mirrored my Bahamian roots. In the evening, my dining experience was completed by the brewery downstairs, providing a unique twist to my tropical getaway. Though the hotel has room for improvement, its charm and communal vibe are worth experiencing, especially for anyone who appreciates both food and atmosphere.
